Install, configure, and test ophthalmology equipment at client sites.

Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and servicing of medical devices to ensure optimal performance.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to ophthalmology equipment.

Provide technical training and support to distributors, doctors, and clinic staff on the proper use of equipment and software.

Assist in product demonstrations and explain technical specifications to clients.

Support sales activities through client visits, follow-ups, and technical presentations.

Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding product updates, maintenance procedures, and technical inquiries.

Ensure all equipment complies with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.

Maintain accurate service reports, technical documentation, and maintenance records.

Monitor equipment performance and provide recommendations for improvements or upgrades.

Travelling when required.
