Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts (Solidity / EVM-based networks)

  • Work on backend integration with blockchain networks (Web3.js, Ethers.js, APIs)

  • Assist in building and improving core platform features for Cardinal

  • Identify and fix bugs, vulnerabilities, and performance issues

  • Collaborate directly with the founder on technical decisions and product development

  • Ensure code quality, security, and scalability of the platform


Additional Requirements

  • The selected candidate must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before accessing any systems, code, or project materials

  • All candidates will undergo a vetting process, including technical validation and review of previous work

  • Applicants must provide examples of previous projects (GitHub, deployed contracts, or portfolio)

  • A short technical test task may be required before final selection

  • Strong emphasis on confidentiality, security awareness, and professional integrity is required

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Experience with Solidity and smart contract development

  • Good understanding of blockchain fundamentals and Web3 architecture

  • Familiar with Ethereum or EVM-compatible chains (Base, BSC, etc.)

  • Experience with Git, APIs, and backend development

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Bonus: Experience with DeFi, audits, or security-focused development
