Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Management & Planning Roadmap Management: Develop, implement, and monitor the end-to-end project roadmap, encompassing technical development, token launch, community building, and strategic partnerships. Tokenomics Oversight: Collaborate closely with the Token Strategy team to define, document, and manage the Tokenomics mechanism, including distribution, vesting schedules, and utility implementation. Agile Implementation: Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to the technical development teams, managing sprints, backlogs, and ensuring continuous delivery. Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Plan, track, and manage the project budget and resources across all development and ICO phases. 2. Technical Execution & Compliance Development Supervision: Lead and coordinate cross-functional developer teams (Back-end, Front-end, Smart Contracts) to ensure code quality, integrity, and timely completion before launch. Smart Contracts & Security: Oversee the execution of Smart Contract Audits and collaborate with security experts to address vulnerabilities and uphold security best practices. Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the central communication hub between technical teams, marketing (for community needs), and legal counsel (for regulatory compliance). 3. Risk and Stakeholder Reporting Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with blockchain technology, token security, market volatility, and evolving regulatory changes (especially in the UAE/APAC regions). Reporting: Deliver regular, detailed project status reports and performance updates to key stakeholders and senior management. Qualifications and Requirements Technical & Professional Experience (Essential) Minimum [5] years of progressive experience in Project Management, with at least [2] years directly managing Blockchain, Web3, or crypto projects (e.g., DeFi, NFT platforms, Layer-1/2 solutions). Profound, working understanding of core blockchain concepts, including Smart Contracts, consensus mechanisms (PoW/PoS), and digital wallets. Proven experience in managing projects related to Tokenomics, ICO, IEO, or IDO launches, and a clear understanding of the associated technical and marketing challenges. Familiarity with the regulatory environment in the UAE (e.g., VARA, ADGM) is a strong plus. Education & Certifications (Preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field. Highly Desired Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Core Skills Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory for effective global team and investor communication. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse, geographically distributed, and cross-functional teams in a high-pressure, uncertain startup environment. Tools: Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Trello. Analytical: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to handle complex technical and financial challenges.
