Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of BMC Helix ITSM solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering workshops and translate them into detailed technical specifications for the BMC Helix platform.
- Design and configure BMC Helix ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management, to optimize client workflows.
- Develop and execute test plans, and provide user training, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications, such as BMC Certified Professional (BCP) or ITIL certifications, demonstrating expertise and commitment.
- Has a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting BMC Helix ITSM solutions.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices, with practical application in ITSM implementations.
