Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee BMS projects from initiation through completion.
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documentation to ensure alignment with requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Lead engineering, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates and reports.
  • Supervise subcontractors and on-site teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges during project implementation.
  • Support system integration with HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and other building systems.
  • Ensure complete documentation, proper system handover, and client training upon project completion.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) and Building Automation projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience throughout the full BMS project lifecycle, including installation, wiring, site coordination, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Niagara Framework (N4).
  • Practical experience working with leading BMS platforms and solutions such as Honeywell and Johnson Controls.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from installation through testing, commissioning, and final handover.
  • Strong technical documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
