Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the commissioning process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, from initial planning to final handover.
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures, tailoring them to the specific requirements of each project and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Oversee the testing and verification of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, ensuring they meet design specifications and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues, address deficiencies, and ensure effective communication throughout the commissioning process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering providing a strong technical foundation.
Holds professional certifications such as Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) or similar, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
Demonstrates a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in commissioning, particularly in the building industry, showcasing a deep understanding of the role.
Experience in the construction or engineering industry, highlighting a strong understanding of project execution.
