Booking Agent (M/F)
You are at the beginning of an exceptional customer experience. As a Booking Agent (M/F), you will find this experience in the reception of the customer!
Your role:
To provide an exceptional and attractive service offer to customers
To guarantee the best selection for the customer and the best profits through the service
offer To recommend the facilities and services of the establishment, and to assist customers and their requests
Make reservations, enter the rooming list and update customer files
Your experience and skills include:
Quality of customer service essential
Similar experience is a plus
Opera or equivalent Good communication and conflict
management skills Proficiency in English, the practice of other languages is a plus.
