Roles & Responsibilities

Monitoring and management of ingredient supplies

  • Prepare, weigh and mix ingredients to make bread dough
  • Preparation of catering products (pizzas, sandwiches, burgers)
  • Strict application of food safety and hygiene rules
  • Maintenance of the work surface, equipment (ovens, dough mixers) and premises
  • Rigour, organisation and good physical stamina,
