Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitoring and management of ingredient supplies
- Prepare, weigh and mix ingredients to make bread dough
- Preparation of catering products (pizzas, sandwiches, burgers)
- Strict application of food safety and hygiene rules
- Maintenance of the work surface, equipment (ovens, dough mixers) and premises
- Rigour, organisation and good physical stamina,
- A sense of discipline and good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team,
- Good stress resistance.
