Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated client experience.
Drive sales performance, profitability, and achievement of KPIs.
Lead, coach, and motivate a small retail team to deliver exceptional service.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and drive clienteling initiatives.
Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards across the boutique.
Manage scheduling, stock awareness, and overall store performance.
Take a hands-on approach across all aspects of the business, supporting where needed.
