Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting transactions for the branch (sales, expenses, petty cash).
• Prepare daily and monthly financial reports and submit them to head office.

• Monitor cash flow, collections, and payments.

• Reconcile bank statements and cash balances.

• Manage invoices, receipts, and supplier payments.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and tax regulations.

• Coordinate with auditors and support audits when required.

• Control inventory records and coordinate with store/warehouse teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience as a Branch Accountant or similar role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Experience with accounting software and MS Excel.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
