Branch Operation Executive Dutees Apparel Trading LLC

• Prepare and verify sales invoices, delivery notes, credit notes • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in ERP / accounting software • Track accounts receivable, ageing, and credit limits • Follow up with customers for timely payment collections • Coordinate with management for monthly closing and reporting • Handle VAT compliance, documentation, and audit support • Maintain bank entries, cash receipts, and petty cash After-Sales & Order Operations • Act as the primary contact for post-sales customer coordination • Handle order confirmation, dispatch, delivery, and invoicing closure • Coordinate with warehouse & logistics for dispatches and returns • Manage customer complaints, shortages, damages, and replacements • Ensure proper documentation for returns, credits, and adjustments • Maintain order lifecycle records from sales to closure Coordination & Reporting • Work closely with sales, warehouse, logistics, and HO teams • Prepare and share: • Billing & collection reports • Outstanding & ageing statements • Dispatch & delivery status • After-sales issue tracker
