Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Engage customers confidently and provide expert consultation on nail products. Demonstrate products, explain benefits, and drive sales conversion. Achieve monthly showroom sales targets and increase average billing value. Upsell and cross-sell complementary beauty products. Maintain premium brand display, hygiene, and visual standards. Build repeat customers through excellent service and follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Brand Management, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or strategic planning

Proven track record in executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and market expansion projects.

Must have UAE Valid Driving License.


Knowledge & skills:

Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.

Excellent skills in market research, data analysis, and competitor benchmarking.

Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.

Skilled in financial oversight, budget management, and sales forecasting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across teams and with external partners.

Strategic thinker with the ability to execute detailed action plans under deadlines


Technical Skills:

Knowledge of nail care products, gel polish systems, and nail trends..

Basic understanding of POS (Point of Sales) billing knowledge and retail KPIs.
