Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Launching the Brand in Oman – Leading the complete go-to-market strategy including market analysis, product positioning, pricing strategy, and execution of promotional campaigns.
- Product Management – Managing the product portfolio, liaising with global/regional teams to determine the right mix, specifications, pricing, and lifecycle management.
- Sales & Market Development – Working closely with the sales team to develop and expand distribution channels and drive revenue growth.
- Top-line and Bottom-line Accountability – Achieving sales (top-line) targets and ensuring profitability (bottom-line) through margin management, cost control, and efficient operations.
- Credit Control & Profitability – Ensuring sound credit practices are followed, working with finance and sales teams to minimize outstanding receivables, and enhancing the overall profitability of the brand.
- Marketing Communication – Planning and executing ATL, BTL, and digital marketing initiatives in alignment with brand identity and customer preferences.
- Market Research and Strategy – Studying market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to continuously refine product and marketing strategies.
- Stakeholder Management – Working in close coordination with the brand’s international principals to align local strategy with global goals and ensure that mutually agreed targets and KPIs are met.
- Forecasting & Inventory Planning – Coordinating with supply chain and commercial teams to ensure optimal inventory levels, accurate forecasting, and timely replenishment.
Desired Candidate Profile
� Ideal Candidate:
- 6–10 years of experience in Brand and Product Management within the consumer durables, electronics, or appliances sector.
- Proven success in launching and managing products in GCC or international markets.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent is preferred.
