Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand visibility across multiple channels.

  • Assist in developing and implementing brand plans, strategies, and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage brand communication across digital, print, and in-store platforms.
  • Monitor brand performance, prepare reports, and present insights to the management team.
  • Support new product launches and promotional activities.
  • Ensure brand consistency in messaging, visuals, and customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in brand management/marketing within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
