Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new locations for restaurant openings.
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitor analysis.
- Develop and execute brand expansion plans aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end restaurant opening projects.
- Coordinate with landlords, developers, consultants, and contractors.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and pre-opening checklists.
- Support soft openings and grand launches.
- Ensure brand identity, design standards, and SOPs are followed.
- Coordinate with operations, kitchen, marketing, and finance teams.
- Ensure consistency in guest experience across new outlets.
- Liaise with government authorities, landlords, and licensing bodies.
- Support trade license, food license, and alcohol license processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and brand guidelines.
- Track post-opening performance and recommend improvements.
- Analyse sales, costs, and operational KPIs for new outlets.
- Prepare expansion reports and presentations for management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years experience in restaurant or F&B brand expansion
- UAE experience mandatory
- Proven track record of opening multiple restaurant outlets
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate, mall leasing, and regulations
- Excellent project management and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
