Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for beauty and fragrance products, aligning with overall company objectives to drive market share.
  • Lead the development of innovative product launches, from concept to market, ensuring alignment with consumer insights and brand positioning.
  • Manage the brand's budget, including forecasting, tracking, and optimizing marketing spend for maximum ROI.
  • Oversee all marketing and advertising campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and in-store, to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Holds a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in brand management within the beauty or fragrance industry.

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the beauty and fragrance market, including trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
