Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies to achieve growth, market share, and profitability targets
- Manage product portfolio performance, pricing, and positioning across the dairy categories
- Plan and implement annual marketing calendars, promotions, and trade marketing activities
- Conduct market analysis and track consumer insights, sales trends, and competitor activities
- Lead new product launches and packaging development with cross-functional teams
- Manage relationships with suppliers, distributors, and retail partners to ensure brand visibility and availability
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop channel-specific plans for retail, modern trade, and HORECA
- Monitor marketing budgets, campaign ROI, and category P&L performance
- Support forecasting and demand planning through close collaboration with supply chain and commercial teams
- Ensure all branding and communications align with corporate guidelines and product positioning
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred)
- 5 - 8 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG or food industry
- Experience managing Dairy categories is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical, strategic, and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Nielsen or similar market data tools
