Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Spearhead market research to identify unmet consumer needs and emerging product trends, informing the development of innovative product concepts.
- Collaborate closely with R&D teams to translate brand vision and consumer insights into tangible product specifications and prototypes.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation and concept validation to launch, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market dynamics to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Holds a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand management or product development, with a focus on R&D.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of product development processes, from concept to launch, within the CPG or related industry.
- Exhibits a proven track record of successfully launching and managing consumer products, driving revenue growth.
