Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and architect robust BSCS solutions tailored for the Dubai market, ensuring scalability and performance.

  • Develop and maintain detailed solution architecture documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and technical designs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, business analysts) to ensure seamless project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Deep technical skills in BSCS modules, including rating, billing, and customer care, demonstrating hands-on experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, providing a strong foundation in IT principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, allowing for the identification and resolution of complex technical issues.
