Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Description
- Prepare annual budgets in coordination with all departments, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor budget utilization (OPEX & CAPEX), analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures, and provide detailed explanations and corrective recommendations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and KPI performance reports.
- Update Oracle Financial System and Excel-based models for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting purposes.
- Prepare rolling forecasts and cash flow projections to support financial planning and funding requirements.
- Support preparation of regulatory submissions (e.g., price control, SCRC financial part, and other regulatory reporting) in coordination with concerned departments.
- Prepare management dashboards and financial analysis reports to support Executive Management Committee decision-making.
- Assist in preparation of Financial Statements and coordinate with auditors during interim and year-end audits.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, company policies, and internal controls in all reporting activities.
- Support development and enhancement of budgeting models and reporting tools for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data.
- Handle any other tasks as directed by the Financial Reporting Section Head.
- Knowledge and Understanding of the Asset Management, QHSE Management System and IT Security Standard Requirements according to Integrated Management System (IMS), ISO 55001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 27001 to carry out the assigned duties as per the roles and responsibilities matrix.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in accounting / finance.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in budgeting, financial reporting, or financial analysis.
