Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities
Develop and implement strategies to improve business processes
Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
Provide expertise on banking industry trends and best practices
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector
Strong technical skills with the ability to work with various software and tools
Demonstrated project management experience with a track record of successful implementations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
