Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with proven experience in driving data-centric initiatives and business process enhancements across retail and corporate banking domains. Reporting to the Vice President-Data Analytics, the ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that data insights translate into actionable strategies and DataMart s.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to stimulate, analyze, and document business requirements for data analytics, MIS and AI/ML.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis using SQL, Power BI, and other tools to uncover trends, identify gaps, and support decision-making across banking products.
  • Understand and analyze functionalities across retail (cards, loans, accounts) and corporate (trade finance, treasury, payments) banking products.
  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for DataMart s by ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
  • Accountable for delivering and Maintenance of DataMarts pertain to Strategic analytics division.

Desired Candidate Profile

What We re Looking For:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of retail and corporate banking products and processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, SAS, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with Azure DataMart environments is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
