Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Document detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements.
• Develop use cases and prototypes to clarify business needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to design appropriate technical solutions.
• Create data models and operate data analysis frameworks for various projects.
• Conduct system tests to ensure requirements are met and identify potential defects.
• Regularly update project documentation and maintain comprehensive records.
• Monitor industry trends to anticipate potential impacts on existing business operations.
• Develop training materials and facilitate user training sessions for new systems.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication.
• Prepare and present reports detailing findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a business analyst role or similar capacity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and business process modeling tools.
• Experience with agile methodologies and familiar with project management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and manage multiple priorities.
