Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that guide development teams in delivering effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications, to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to encourage stakeholder engagement and gather diverse perspectives on business challenges.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to interpret complex data sets, providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical language into business terms for better understanding.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (like Tableau or Power BI) and familiarity with SQL for effective data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of leveraging data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear articulation of complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams while managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Min 2 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, preferably within the tech or finance sectors.
