Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and process maps to guide technical teams in delivering effective solutions.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit feedback and validate requirements, fostering collaboration among diverse teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are highly desirable and demonstrate commitment to the field.
- Experience in industries like finance, healthcare, or technology, showcasing adaptability to diverse business contexts.
