Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design support, documentation, test case
creation, UAT coordination, and ensuring business alignment across initiatives.
Conduct business requirements gathering sessions with DHRE business users
Document AS-IS and TO-BE process maps.
Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specs (FS), and Use Cases in line with the execution delivery partners’ requirements.
Define acceptance criteria, user stories, and workflows.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are highly desirable and demonstrate commitment to the field.
- Experience in industries like finance, healthcare, or technology, showcasing adaptability to diverse business contexts.
