Roles & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to play a key role in our ERP implementation and help optimize business operations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, and document end-to-end business processes, including:
    • Production and Quality Control
    • Procurement and Inventory Management
    • Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    • Maintenance Management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP solutions align with business needs.
    Support testing, training, and process improvement initiatives during and after ERP implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business process analysis and documentation
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or EPICOR is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
