Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the delivery of digital transformation and workflow automation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, solid documentation capabilities, and proven experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Document business processes, rules, and user journeys in a clear and structured format.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, including BRD, FSD, FDD, and SDD.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Support UAT activities, clarify requirements, review defects, and work with end users to ensure smooth testing.
• Develop training materials and train business users on new systems or features.
• Ensure alignment between business needs, solution design, and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar Business Analyst role is required.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in business analysis within technology, workflow automation, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong skills in business process analysis and documentation practices.
• Ability to prepare high-quality BRD, FSD, FDD, and SDD documentation.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience supporting UAT and delivering user training.
• Strong client-facing professional with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel as needed, per business needs.
