Roles & Responsibilities

� Strong experience in Business Process Management (BPM)

� Hands-on experience with:

  • As-Is / To-Be process documentation

  • BPMN 2.0

  • Process mapping & modelling

  • SOP preparation

� BPM Tools:

  • SAP Signavio / ARIS / Bizagi / Visio (any one mandatory)

� Ability to clearly explain Process Maturity Model (L0–L6/L7) step-by-step

Role Expectations:


� Preferred:

� Experience working in structured transformation programs

� Comfortable working in fast-paced execution environments

� Strong communication & documentation skills

Desired Candidate Profile

� Collect process information from CX business users
� Document workflows accurately
� Maintain BPM repository
� Support walkthroughs & validations
� Share documented outputs with stakeholders
� No team management
� No decision-making ownership
� No architecture / strategy role
