Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
·Review services and processes proposed for onboarding, transformation, or improvement. Analyze business rules, service scope, eligibility criteria, and end-to-end workflows. Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process maps to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks. Reengineer and optimize processes to improve efficiency, turnaround time, and service quality. Ensure services are business-ready, operationally feasible, and suitable for implementation or digitization. Elicit, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and working sessions to validate service design and process flows. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical or delivery teams. Produce clear documentation including process maps, SOPs, service blueprints, and BRDs. Support governance, review, and readiness assessments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 3 7 years of experience in business process analysis, process reengineering, or service transformation. Strong experience in business process modeling methodologies and techniques. Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives. Arabic Speakers only
Experience in the banking industry, project and program management experience specifically focused on testing management activities.
Strong functional knowledge in Liquidity Management & Virtual Account Management
Experience in OBLM & OBVAM is an added advantage
Ability to manage diverse teams drawing on different skills to enable strong team results.
Able to plan and replan with all stakeholders concurrence to ensure test stages completeness within planned timelines.
Functional and technology knowledge of major banking applications. Experience with Oracle banking products (GTB) is a plus.
Experience in managing Senior Stakeholder.
Strong organizational and presentation capability.
Take initiative in implementing strict project/program management guidelines and disciplines.
Skilled in MS Office applications word, excel, PowerPoint, visio, Jira or equivalent Confluence
