Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end to end design of real estate operating models with APQC aligned process frameworks.
- Oversee monitoring activities including board action tracking, MoM creation, and governance reporting.
- Develop BRDs, RTMs, and structured requirements for ERP and digital transformation initiatives (e.g., Yardi, SAP).
- Conduct root cause analysis, define KPIs, apply Six Sigma methodology, and embed continuous improvement.
- Ensure process governance, compliance alignment, and integration with performance management systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
- At least 8 years' experience in business analysis, process improvement or transformation within real estate, covering leasing, property or asset management.
- Deep capability in operating model design, advanced process mapping and identifying gaps, inefficiencies and ownership issues.
- Proven hands on experience producing BRDs, RTMs and leading requirements workshops for ERP platforms (Yardi, SAP or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with practical experience applying Six Sigma/DMAIC, KPI design and performance monitoring.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, confident engaging senior leaders, presenting insights and facilitating workshop
