Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the entire business setup process in Saudi Arabia, from initial concept to operational launch.
  • Manage the licensing and registration process, ensuring compliance with Saudi government requirements (e.g., Ministry of Commerce).
  • Advise on optimal business structures (e.g., LLC, branch, representative office) considering local regulations and tax implications.
  • Assist in securing necessary permits, visas, and approvals required for business operations.
  • Provide strategic guidance on navigating local labor laws, including Saudization requirements.
  • Offer expertise on selecting suitable office spaces and identifying potential partners or investors.
  • Stay updated on evolving Saudi Arabian regulations and provide proactive advice to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and industry contacts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Deep understanding of Saudi Arabian business laws, regulations, and cultural nuances is essential.
