Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in software and IT sales
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market needs
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1+ year of experience in software sales or IT sales

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and client engagement strategies
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value
  • Exposure to SaaS sales is a strong advantage
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic market conditions
