Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern who is excited to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client relations, and market analysis. In this role, you ll work closely with our team to identify growth opportunities, generate new business leads, and foster relationships with potential clients. This is a great opportunity to build your skills, learn how to craft effective business strategies, and make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients, market trends, industry shifts, and opportunities for growth in the digital space.
  • Generate new leads through networking and outbound communication.
  • Assist in maintaining client relationships and managing CRM databases to track engagement and outreach.
  • Support the creation of proposals, pitch decks, and business development presentations.
  • Organise and participate in client meetings and follow-up communications.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation and business development activities.

Interview Process:

  • Step 1: Initial Interview Once we ve reviewed your application, we ll schedule an interview to get to know you better and discuss your background and experience.
  • Step 2: Skill Assessment After the interview, you'll receive an online assessment designed to evaluate your business development skills. The assessment includes several tasks related to strategy, client management, and market analysis, as well as scenarios that simulate the real responsibilities of the role. You'll have up to 1 hour to complete it.
  • Step 3: Follow-up Call/Interview Based on your performance in the assessment, we ll schedule a follow-up call or interview to discuss your results and answer any questions. If everything aligns, we ll provide an offer.

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Have a Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Have a strong interest in pursuing a career in business development.
  • Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Have strong organizational and research skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Are comfortable with outreach efforts and networking to generate leads.
  • Have a good understanding of digital marketing and industry trends (a plus, but not required).
  • Can work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
