Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in RAK and across the UAE.

  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.

  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Conduct meetings and site visits when required.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the UAE.

  • Experience in Ras Al Khaimah market is preferred.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

  • Good knowledge of UAE business environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
