Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales within the glass & aluminium/Steel/fabrication market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and project proposals.
  • Coordinate with estimation, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project updates.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Associate with strong knowledge of the UAE glass, aluminium & Steel Structure manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth by securing projects from contractors, consultants, and developers. The role involves preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, following up on project pipelines, and ensuring timely delivery of client requirements
