Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends that align with our growth strategies.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic business plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate and attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build professional relationships.
- Prepare reports on business development metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support senior leadership in negotiations and contract discussions with prospective partners or clients.
- Manage follow-ups with potential clients, ensuring timely communication and nurturing of leads throughout the sales cycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within a relevant industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages tailored to different audiences.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage for international markets.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A results-oriented attitude with a strong focus on achieving goals and contributing to team success.
