Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives to meet patient acquisition and revenue targets.
- Identify and build strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, schools, and community organizations.
- Organize and participate in health camps, wellness programs, and marketing outreach activities.
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to promote clinic services and build visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams for lead follow-ups and tracking campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain an updated database of prospects and provide weekly activity reports.
- Assist in competitor analysis and market mapping for strategic planning.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the expansion of Aster Clinics in Abu Dhabi. The role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and executing BD strategies to enhance clinic footfall and partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in healthcare or service industry.
- Proven track record in sales or business development.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently within Abu Dhabi.
