Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through platforms such as LinkedIn, industry events, and direct outreach
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads across SMB and enterprise segments
Engage decision-makers through consultative selling, understanding business needs, and aligning ETHRAH AI solutions accordingly
Drive end-to-end sales cycles—from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and closure
Conduct in-person client meetings across Dubai to strengthen relationships and accelerate deal closure
Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and client satisfaction
Maintain accurate tracking of leads, activities, and conversions
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
Open to both fresh graduates with strong potential and experienced professionals in IT sales or business development
Demonstrated ability (or strong inclination) to generate leads and convert them into revenue
Strong networking skills—both digital and in-person
Basic understanding of IT services, digital transformation, or AI solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment
Willingness to travel within Dubai for client meetings
