Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard Emirati brokers and brokerage firms across the UAE.

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with brokers to support business growth and increase sales performance.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brokers, ensuring a high level of service and support.

  • Assist brokers throughout the registration, onboarding, and documentation processes.

  • Promote company projects, launches, and investment opportunities to broker partners.

  • Coordinate internally with relevant departments to resolve operational issues and facilitate commission-related matters.

  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and networking activities to strengthen broker engagement.

  • Monitor broker performance and identify opportunities to increase market penetration and sales volume.

  • Maintain accurate records and updates through CRM systems and internal platforms.

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions across the UAE.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience within a real estate developer, brokerage, or real estate-related company in the UAE.

  • Strong network of Emirati brokers and brokerage companies across the UAE.

  • Demonstrated success in business development, relationship management, sales, or broker management.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented with a strong work ethic.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and business reporting tools.

  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
