Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard Emirati brokers and brokerage firms across the UAE.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with brokers to support business growth and increase sales performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brokers, ensuring a high level of service and support.
Assist brokers throughout the registration, onboarding, and documentation processes.
Promote company projects, launches, and investment opportunities to broker partners.
Coordinate internally with relevant departments to resolve operational issues and facilitate commission-related matters.
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and networking activities to strengthen broker engagement.
Monitor broker performance and identify opportunities to increase market penetration and sales volume.
Maintain accurate records and updates through CRM systems and internal platforms.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions across the UAE.
Desired Candidate Profile
UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience within a real estate developer, brokerage, or real estate-related company in the UAE.
Strong network of Emirati brokers and brokerage companies across the UAE.
Demonstrated success in business development, relationship management, sales, or broker management.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and business reporting tools.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
