Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs, ensuring our offerings align with market demands.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and SEO, to drive engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with sales teams to create effective sales enablement tools, enhancing their ability to close deals and meet targets.
Generate new business opportunities and manage client relationships
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, ensuring a solid foundation in marketing principles.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets.
Relevant certifications in digital marketing or sales strategy, showcasing a commitment to professional development and expertise.
Experience in the construction or consulting industry, providing insights into market dynamics and customer preferences.
Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
Basic understanding of project management principles
