Position: Business Development Executive (AV, ELV & IT)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the AV (Audio Visual), ELV (Extra-Low Voltage), and IT sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the AV, ELV, and IT sectors.

· Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking, online research, and market intelligence.

· Communicate effectively to foster and sustain relationships with new and existing partners.

· Understand client requirements and objectives to deliver customized solutions and exceptional service.

· Plan, develop, and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

· Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide clients with valuable insights.

· Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services to present and effectively promote them.

· Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and sales reports.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of client projects.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field.

· 4–5 years of proven UAE experience in business development or sales in the AV, ELV, and IT domains.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

· Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Valid UAE driving license
