Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business by identifying leads, building client relationships, and closing sales. This role requires a strong sales background, preferably with experience in office furniture, interiors, or fit-out projects, and involves creating and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Key duties include managing client accounts, promoting products, and working towards sales targets, in a business-to-business (B2B) capacity.
  • Market and promote office furniture products to potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience:Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally within the office furniture, interior design, or fit-out industries.
  • Education:Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is often preferred.
  • Sales acumen:Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for building client relationships.
  • Industry knowledge:Familiarity with the office furniture market, or related sectors like interiors and fit-outs, is a significant advantage.
