Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain consultant, developer, and government databases (contacts, projects, vendor lists).
  • Track projects through platforms like BNC/Ventures and provide qualified leads to sales teams.
  • Support product registrations, approvals, and consultant/vendor listings.
  • Organize seminars, factory visits, and consultant meetings to strengthen relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales, IT, and engineering teams on newsletters, presentations, and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor activity and prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance in all business development activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development within MEP/HVAC or construction industry.
  • Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with consultants, developers, and government bodies in GCC/Egypt markets preferred.
  • Ability to travel within the region.
