Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain consultant, developer, and government databases (contacts, projects, vendor lists).
- Track projects through platforms like BNC/Ventures and provide qualified leads to sales teams.
- Support product registrations, approvals, and consultant/vendor listings.
- Organize seminars, factory visits, and consultant meetings to strengthen relationships.
- Collaborate with sales, IT, and engineering teams on newsletters, presentations, and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activity and prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance in all business development activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development within MEP/HVAC or construction industry.
- Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with consultants, developers, and government bodies in GCC/Egypt markets preferred.
- Ability to travel within the region.
