Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize new business opportunities through market research and analysis to drive company growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with company objectives and maximize profitability.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that effectively promote products and services.
Core Portfolio
CCTV & Video Surveillance Systems – IP cameras (2MP–12MP), AI analytics, NVRs (H.265+)
Access Control Systems – Biometric/RFID, Wiegand/OSDP, door controllers.
Smart Home Automation – KNX, Zigbee, Z-Wave lighting/HVAC control.
Video Intercom – SIP-based IP intercoms, PoE systems.
AV Setup – Home theatre, HDMI matrix, 4K HDR, Dolby Atmos.
Building Monitoring – BACnet/Modbus integrated BMS dashboards
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably in a competitive industry.
Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track progress and optimize sales strategies.
Drivers License will be of added benefit as candidate is expected to be on the move and meeting clients every day. Compensation grades are directly tied to capabilities and performance.
