Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking to drive company growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients' needs and expectations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to inform strategic planning and adjust business development strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align business initiatives with company goals.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand professional networks.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and clients to ensure ongoing engagement and identify upselling opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fluency in English/Hindi language is preferred to cater to a wider client base and enhance communication.

  • Culturally aware and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in diverse environments and teams.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for seeking new opportunities.
