Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Represent Meta Earth locally by acting as the official business development point of contact in the country.

  2. Provide discounts and subsidies to merchants to encourage platform adoption.

  3. Expand merchant cooperation by onboarding and managing local partners.

  4. Assist local users in completing digital identity authentication and KYC processes.

  5. Enable users to access threshold-free digital income opportunities.

  6. Promote the local adoption of Web3 technology and UBI benefits.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or related field.

  2. 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Merchant Acquisition, or Community Growth.

  3. Experience in onboarding merchants, local partners, or channel partners

  4. Ability to negotiate discounts, incentives, and partnership agreements

  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  6. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently as a local representative

  7. Strong network within local business communities is a plus

  8. Comfortable conducting field visits and merchant meetings
