Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting (cold calling, email campaigns ، field visits), networking .

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify target sectors and potential clients.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients .

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to stakeholders at different levels.

  • Manage the sales cycle from lead qualification through negotiation to contract closure, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.

  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.

  • Track and report sales activities.

Role Description

The Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through lead generation, driving sales efforts, and managing relationships with prospective clients. Daily tasks will include conducting outreach, qualifying leads, creating customized sales presentations, and developing strategies to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development or account management .

  • Existing network and relationships within the Eastern Region industrial, contracting, or manpower sectors will be considered a strong advantage.

  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
