Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in the staffing and recruitment industry, particularly within the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will be currently based in Qatar, have deep regional market knowledge, and be skilled at building strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities


Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the staffing and recruitment sector in Qatar and the wider Middle East region.

• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations (HR Heads, Hiring Managers, Procurement).

• Understand client hiring needs and offer tailored staffing solutions (permanent, contract, or outsourced staffing).

• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare forecasts and market intelligence reports.

• Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to position the company strategically.


Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or client acquisition in the staffing/recruitment industry.

• Proven track record of sales achievements in the GCC or broader Middle East region.

• Excellent understanding of labor laws, visa regulations, and staffing practices in Qatar and the GCC.

• Strong existing network of clients across sectors such as oil & gas, construction, IT, healthcare, or government.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
